Join Katy’s Fitness for the KT2 Mums, post-natal exercise classes in Canbury Gardens, Kingston. Babies welcomed at these equipment free, toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your post-natal bodies. Blow away the lockdown cobwebs and get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra lockdown kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. To keep things as safe as possible, I will not be providing any equipment, so you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to put down on the grass to exercise upon. You will be expected to use the hand sanitizer provided before and after each class.
Choose a time that suits you 2pm – 2.45pm or 3pm-3.45pm.
Located in Canbury Gardens there is more than ample metered parking on the surrounding streets.
