Join us on a Monday morning in Hatherop Park, Hampton. Babies welcomed at these equipment free, toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies and will help you regain your prenatal body. Get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner.
To keep things as safe as possible, I will not be providing any equipment, so you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to exercise upon, as well as toys and snacks for your baby. You will be expected to use the hand sanitizer provided before and after each class and scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code upon entry.
