Join Katy’s Fitness for Mama Makers, postnatal exercise classes in Kingston.
Join us on a Tuesday mornings 10.30am in Canbury Gardens in Kingston classes run on the 3rd, 10th and 31st August inclusive. Babies welcomed at these equipment free, toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies and will help you regain your prenatal body. Get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. This block of sessions just cover August’s classes, sign up is on a month by month bases.

To keep things as safe as possible you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to exercise upon, as well as toys and snacks for your baby. You will be expected to use the hand sanitizer provided before and after each class and scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code upon entry.
For August only there will only be one class running per week, Tuesday 10.30am – 11.15am in Canbury Gardens. The St Paul’s indoor class will return in September on Mondays at 11am. From September the Tuesday morning Canbury Gardens class will move to Thursday mornings also at 11am.
Please note: you MUST HAVE have been cleared for exercise in your 8 week GP check before joining. This block of sessions just covers August’s classes, you will need to rebook on a month by month basis.
On a Tuesday, we are located in Canbury Gardens there is more than ample metered parking on the surrounding streets. We will be on the bandstand in wet weather and in dry weather we will be on the bit of grass at the Richmond end of the gardens near the rowing club.
