Join us on a Monday morning 11am St Paul’s Kingston Hill and outdoors on a Thursday morning 11am in Canbury Gardens in Kingston (on wet Thursdays we meet in the Band Stand in Canbury Gardens). Babies welcomed at these toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies and will help you regain your prenatal body. Get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner.
You will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to exercise upon, as well as toys and snacks for your baby.
Come on a Monday morning when we are located in St Paul’s Church, Kingston Hill. There is metered parking on Alexandra and Queens Road.
Thursday mornings we are located in Canbury Gardens there is more than ample metered parking on the surrounding streets.
