Join us on a Tuesday morning 10.30am and Thursday 2pm in Canbury Gardens in Kingston (N.B. when Covid restrictions lift further in May the Thursday afternoon class will be back in St Paul’s Church, Kingston Hill). Babies welcomed at these equipment free, toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies and will help you regain your prenatal body. Get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner.
To keep things as safe as possible, I will not be providing any equipment, so you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to exercise upon, as well as toys and snacks for your baby. You will be expected to use the hand sanitizer provided before and after each class and scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code upon entry.
There are two classes running per week, Tuesday 10.30am – 11.15am and Thursday 2pm – 2.45pm.
On a Tuesday, we are located in Canbury Gardens there is more than ample metered parking on the surrounding streets.
On Thursday afternoons from May when Covid restrictions ease further, we are located in St Paul’s Church, Kingston Hill. There is metered parking on Alexandra and Queens Road. Before May we will be in Canbury Gardens.
