Join Katy’s Fitness for a women only, full body, toning and fat burn workout that will both strengthen and challenge you. Get together with other women to get in shape, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. Located in St Richard’s school playground, Ham. This block of sessions will cover on 3rd, 10th and 31st August only. Classes will continue after that, sign up is on a month by month bases. NB: for August only the Tuesday classes will be running, Thursdays will resume from September onwards.

The workouts will feature both cardio and strength work and will be both challenging and fun whilst remaining fully covid secure. Strengthen your core, develop cardio fitness, build power and strength in your arms and legs.

To keep things as safe as possible you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to put down on the floor to exercise upon. You will be expected to use the hand sanitizer provided before and after each class and scan the NHS Track and Trace QR code upon entry.

Located in St Richard’s school playground in Ham, entrance on Ashburnham Road. Please note that we will me meet in the school hall in wet weather. There is free parking both in the church carpark and in the Tesco carpark opposite St Richard’s church. There is also ample free parking on surrounding streets.
