Blow away the lockdown cobwebs and get together with other women to burn off the extra lockdown kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe, socially distanced manner. Running from the 6th August for 4 consecutive Wednesdays in Ham, Richmond. Spaces limited book NOW!

This package of sessions covers August only, but I will be continuing into September (each sold separately) depending on government advice and the weather.

To keep things as safe as possible, I will not be providing any equipment, so you will need to bring a yoga mat, picnic blanket or a towel to put down on the grass to exercise upon.

Choose a time that suits you 7pm – 7.45pm or 8pm-8.45pm. Located on St Richard’s Primary School’s playing field in Ham. There is more than ample free parking on the surrounding streets and bikes can be securely locked inside the school grounds.
