Broadcasting straight from my home to yours, come and join me at 8pm (London time) every Tuesday and Thursday evening for a 45 minute bootcamp, live and interactive via Zoom. There will be a mixture of HIIT training, cardio work as well as strength and toning work.
Can’t make the session live? I will email you the link to the recording after each bootcamp and you can do it in your own time.
What you will need:
- a yoga mat (or a towel on your carpet)
- Two resistance bands – strip ones about 1.1m long (or two tins/bottles of wine/light hand weights – anything to get your arms working harder)
- Workout clothes (or something loose comfortable that won’t restrict your movement)
