Broadcasting straight from my home to yours, come and join me at 8pm Wednesday evenings for a 45 minute bootcamp, live and interactive via Zoom. Your mid-week, lockdown fitness fix. There will be a mixture of HIIT training, cardio work as well as strength and toning work.
What you will need:
- a yoga mat (or a towel on your carpet)
- Workout clothes (or something loose comfortable that won’t restrict your movement)
This allows you one-off access to the very next class to fall after the date payment is received.
