Join Katy’s Fitness for Mama Makers, postnatal exercise classes in Kingston.

Join us on a Tuesday morning 10.30am live via Zoom. Babies welcomed at these equipment free, toning and fat burn workouts that will both strengthen and challenge you. Classes are specifically tailored to the needs of your postnatal bodies. Regain your prenatal body and get together with other mums and their babies to burn off those extra pregnancy kgs, get fit and have fun in a safe manner. Running for the duration of Tier 5 and 4 lockdowns until we can legally be outside again.

What you will need:

* A yoga mat (or a towel on your carpet)
* Workout clothes (or something loose comfortable that won’t restrict your movement)
