Katy’s personal training sessions have become a cornerstone of my work to keep fit and active in my fifties. It is great to have her knowledgeable support with building core strength and reawakening some muscles that haven’t been well used for a while. She is a very attentive trainer, and designs the weekly sessions with care. I appreciate her rigour and attention to detail in every exercise – made bearable by her great sense of humour.  I thoroughly recommend her to anyone, whatever their level of fitness, who wants reliable support in developing strength and agility.
