Katy has been a fantastic personal trainer, she mixes up each session and will always adapt if it’s been a bad night sleep, I couldn’t recommend Katy more highly, she’s really helped to build my confidence and push me more than I ever would in a gym, having her twice a week has made a big difference to my fitness and every time I think I can’t do more, she manages to get the last few reps out of me which I would never do on my own.
