A mother and baby fitness classes on a Tuesday morning and Thursday afternoon in Canbury Gardens, Kingston Upon Thames.

Come and join me 10am Tuesdays and 2pm Thursdays for Mama Makers, my postnatal fitness classes.

   Exercise classes are exempt from the "rule of six" all classes running as normal - fully socially distanced!

Located in leafy Canbury Gardens, not far from Kingston Upon Thames town centre, these mummy and baby fitness classes are suited to all levels and abilities. Regardless of whether you were a regular ‘gym-bunny’ pre baby or this is your first foray into fitness, everyone is welcomed and catered for.

Exercise in a fun, encouraging environment work hard to burn fat, gain muscle, regain your pre-baby body, improve fitness levels and meet other local mummies. I start where you are at and can help you to achieve your fitness goals.

My 8 years as a women’s health personal trainer and 4 as a Busylizzy instructor running postnatal fitness classes, I can allow you to exercise safely even with conditions like pelvic floor disfunction, diastasis recti and after a C-section.

You need to have had your 6 week check and have been cleared to exercise by your GP or midwife.

All out need are clothes you can work-out in, water, a yoga mat (or a picnic blanket or towel) to do core work on, a buggy or sling for your baby plus toys etc to keep little one entertained.
