Katy’s Fitness Bootcamp – Women Only, Full Body Workout
Join Katy’s Fitness for a women‑only bootcamp designed to tone, burn fat, and build strength. Each session will challenge you while keeping the atmosphere fun and supportive. Get together with other women to get fit, feel confident, and enjoy exercising in a safe environment.
Location & Schedule
• When: Tuesday evenings, 7:30–8:15 pm
• Where: St Richard’s School playground, Ham (entrance on Ashburnham Road)
• Wet weather: We move indoors to the school hall when it rains.
What to Expect
Our workouts combine cardio and strength training for a full‑body blast. You’ll:
• Strengthen your core
• Improve cardio fitness
• Build power and strength in your arms and legs
• Enjoy sessions that are both challenging and fun
What to Bring
• Comfortable workout clothes
• Water
• A yoga mat, picnic blanket, or towel for floor exercises
Parking & Accessibility
There is free parking available in:
• The church car park
• Tesco car park opposite St Richard’s Church
• Surrounding streets with ample space
