Take control of your fitness in the best way possible with Katy’s Fitness! Join a women-only, full-body toning and fat-burning workout designed to strengthen and challenge you while having fun in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Meet other women, get fit, and enjoy being part of our supportive fitness family on St Richard’s School playing field in Ham. For photos and videos of classes, check out Instagram or Facebook. Classes designed and tailored for all fitness levels, so come as you are get stuck in! Please note that on wet evenings, we are back in the school hall.
Classes run Tuesday evenings at 7:30 pm (arrive by 7:25 pm) with May’s sessions on the 5th, 12th and 19th. Please note that there is no class during the May Half Term (26th May). Sign up monthly, with workouts combining fat-burning HIIT with weight and strength training to boost your core, cardio, and full-body power.
Prices are £12 Pay-As-You-Go, £10 per week for a monthly block, or £8 weekly with early bird booking by 31st March. Bring a yoga mat, non-slip picnic blanket, or towel for floor exercises. Access via the double doors at the back of the hall opposite Tesco car park, with free ample parking available nearby.
